Due to the custom design work, once an order is placed, it moves to production and it cannot be cancelled or refunded.   We understand that things happen so if there are modifications that you wish to inform us of, please email us at vivapartyandpaperie@gmail.com and we will do our best to be able to assist with small changes.

Final high resolution files are sent for email delivery once we are completed with your order. It is the customer's full responsibility to proof for grammar, spelling and wording. We prepare your order exactly as it is typed to us. Proof diligently as Viva Party and Paperie will not be responsible for printing losses.
